This week we will introduce one of our Chefs Jake Hayes
Born 11th May 1995 | Chef | 3 years at The Depot
Jake started in the hospitality industry when he was just 16. He’s always been passionate about food and has been part of The Depot team since 2011. Jake has a passion to learn all he can in the kitchen. His favourite part about working at The Depot is working along side our Head Chef, “Dylan gives me so much knowledge, I’m always learning every day” he says.
Jake’s favourite dish to cook is fish, “either you get it right or wrong – and I always make sure I get it right” he says. Jakes goal is to one day be the head chef of The Depot.
