How to cook the perfect steak

1. Season steak prior to cooking
2. Heat your pan with hot clarified butter
3. Place steak one side down and seal till caramelised, turn steak and add butter into pan, spoon the butter over the top of the steak until the other side is sealed

Depending on how you like your steak cooked, continue to cook in the oven. We recommend medium rare, cooking in the oven at 190 degrees celsius for a further 1 minute on each side
